What is an Admin account? How is it different from a User account?

All Family Plans include an Administrator account in addition to User accounts. It is intended to be used as an overall account to maintain and have control over all the users under a Family Plan. The Admin account can perform the following functions:

  • Account billing/subscription information
  • Adding new or deleting existing user accounts
  • Tracking and monitoring scores, graphs, etc. for all user accounts
  • Changing/resetting usernames or passwords for all user accounts
  • Editing user profile information
  • Setting up automatic email notifications for all user accounts

Admins can NOT perform these functions–they are for User accounts only:

  • Baseline Test
  • Intensity activities
  • Kick-Start activities
  • Cognitive activities (the Progression)
  • Progress tracking/graphing
