The activities are not working (no sound, slow motion  or choppy video, etc.)

Make sure your browser is updated and you are using a recent and currently updated operating system and computer.

If you continue to have issues, try switching to another browser and check to see if it fixes the issue. We recommend using either Safari, Chrome, or Firefox. Please note that Internet Explorer for Windows is not recommended.

Also make sure your internet connection is fast enough to handle the program. A broadband connection is required.

Make sure you are not attempting to use the program on an iPad, iPhone, or tablet. The program is not optimized or created for mobile devices at this time.
