I can’t hear any sound. (or other sound issues.)
Make sure you have the sound and any external speakers turned on and loud enough to hear the sounds. Best practice is to test your sound using music or video playback on your computer to make sure the levels are set properly before doing the program.
Make sure your browser is updated and you are using a recent and currently updated operating system. If you continue to have issues with sound, try switching to another browser and check to see if it fixes the issue. We recommend using either Safari, Chrome, or Firefox. Also make sure your internet connection is fast enough to handle the program. A broadband connection is required.
Make sure you are not attempting to use the program on an iPad, iPhone, or tablet. The program is not optimized or created for mobile devices at this time.
