How to Set Up Automatic Email Notifications

Single Users

  1. Log in to your Single User account
  2. On your dashboard page, click on Your Profile > Alerts
  3. On the Email Reports Selection page (see screenshot below), set up all of the options you would like. Your admin email address is enabled as the first address by default. You may also set up email notifications to go out to multiple other addresses by clicking on the green “+” button next to each option. You can also select the frequency options (how often you would like to receive each option) on the right side for each individual email address.
  4. When finished, click the large green Save Configuration button at the bottom of the page to save your selections and start receiving email notifications for this user.

Family Plan Users & Admins

  1. Log in to your Admin account
  2. On the Admin Dashboard, scroll down to your list of users under Manage Your Users.
  3. Click on the Mail Envelope icon in the row of the user you would like to set up or edit (see screenshot below).
  4. On the Email Reports Selection page (see screenshot below), set up all of the options you would like. Your admin email address is enabled as the first address by default. You may also set up email notifications to go out to multiple other addresses by clicking on the green “+” button next to each option. You can also select the frequency options (how often you would like to receive each option) on the right side for each individual email address.
  5. When finished, click the large green Save Configuration button at the bottom of the page to save your selections and start receiving email notifications for this user.
